Tuition Payment Method (read carefully) *

At VOCO, we believe every student should have the opportunity to learn how to unleash the power of their voice regardless of their family’s financial situation. We also believe that families who find value in our performance programs should also find it fair and reasonable that they be asked to contribute meaningfully toward keeping our programs possible and sustainable. The cost for one trimester of the VOCO programming is $175. Tuition alone does not cover the full cost of what it takes to run the program, and is supplemented by grant funding and individual donations. Invoices will be sent each trimester to registered families. We understand that many families face financial challenges that make it difficult for them to pay for expensive extracurricular activities. We approach this reality with care, sensitivity, and respect. We pledge to work in good faith with any family facing financial challenges that wants their child to participate in VOCO to help them find an Alternative Tuition Plan that feels fair and doable for their family that also helps VOCO sustain its impact. We currently have three Alternative Tuition Plan options: 1. Connector Plan (preferred): Commit to creating at least three successful connections between people in your network and our staff that result in new program partnerships, grantors, sponsorships, and/or individual donors for VOCO. 2. Promoter Plan. Commit to encouraging youth and families in your network to join VOCO programs, talking about VOCO in your network (word of mouth, social media, etc.), and to bringing dozens of friends and family to VOCO concerts and events. 3. Volunteer Plan: Commit to helping VOCO staff behind the scenes with event planning, event production, administrative tasks, etc. Select a tuition payment method below. Attendance Policy *

VOCO will rehearse at McAuliffe from 4:10 - 5:15 p.m. on Thursdays unless announced otherwise. Periodically, we will ask all VOCO students to participate in a Monday night VOCO session that will last from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. and will take place off campus at St. Elizabeth's School (1800 Pontiac St. the corner of 17th and Quebec) Strong session attendance is critical for each student's success and for the success of the whole. A link to the VOCO online rehearsal calendar will be sent out soon. Students who miss three or more weekly sessions in one concert cycle may not be allowed to perform in that cycle's concert. I will respect the decision-making discretion of the VOCO staff if they decide my student should not perform because of poor session attendance.
